This session will provide guidance for Novice SPED teachers on pre-planning for educational disruptions whether it be a pandemic, tornado or other emergency absence from the classroom setting. Remote learning resources will be reviewed and explored. In addition, Year 1, 2, and 3 SPED novices will spend the day learning more about how to understand various pieces of evaluation/assessment data and how to utilize the resulting recommendations to best implement and write effective IEP goals for instruction and collaboration. (Session will be touch on Domain 1b,1c,1d,1e,1,f; 2Domain 2; Domain 3a;3;c;3d;3e;Domain 4: Reflection.)
