Users will verify fields in the master schedule using
various Cognos reports and advanced searches within the software. Fields
are identified for state reporting as well as those impacting report cards and
transcripts.
ALE scheduling will be addressed using the ALE Coding
Document as a guide. Student’s schedules will be evaluated as incorrect
schedules can negatively impact honor roll, report cards, and transcripts.
