SWAEC- Beginning of Year for eSchool System Administrators

The goal of this workshop is to verify data prior to school starting. We will go over some items that cause issues/errors during the school year. We will use the Cognos report APSCN Checklist for Beginning of School Year. This report is designed to be a companion of the eSchool Checklist for Beginning of School Year. We will enter new staff, inactivate teachers that will not be teaching this school year. As time permits we will go over other items. Please do your best to attend this workshop. Please print off the Cognos report and bring with you on the day of the workshop.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
