NLRSD 2021-2022: IHE Day 1 PD: Let the Adventure Begin
Participants will discuss the right, roles, and responsibilities of educators. Participants will review the routines and procedures provided in the IHE Teacher Handbook. Participants will also participate in various activities, to identify and improve the climate and culture of the school. This session will help create a sense of belonging, encourage tolerance and team spirit, improve communication skills, and create an atmosphere of community. Dr. Pilewski will end the days of welcoming the staff back for the 21-22 school year and sharing his goals and expectations for the year.
