New year 1 novice teachers from districts participating in the Arch Ford Mentoring System will attend a 4-day Academy throughout the 2021-2022 school year. Participants will attend two consecutive days of training in the summer, one day in the fall and one day in spring of 2022. Training includes the following topics: TESS, Domain Study, EdReflect functionality, writing actionable PGP goals, and classroom management.
Day 2 is on September 22.
Attendance all day for each of the 4 days is expected.
