This session is for early childhood professionals getting training in verbal de-escalation as well as techniques recommended for ages 3-7. Furthermore, the session will cover several of the changes for the coming school year on how to handle a situation with severe problem behavior, including documentation procedures.
These courses are open to SWAEC employees including: ECH special education teachers and paraprofessionals, ABC staff (teachers and aides), and HIPPY staff as well.
