NWAESC(2246)---Novice SPED Teacher's PLC #3: Teaching is an Art!



This interactive PLC will provide guidance for Novice SPED teachers on the organization of materials, Least Restrictive Environment, inclusion and instructional strategies, and pre-planning for educational disruptions other emergency absence from the classroom setting. Remote learning resources will be reviewed and explored. In addition, Year 1, 2, and 3 SPED novices will spend the day learning more about how to understand various pieces of evaluation/assessment data and how to utilize the resulting recommendations to best implement and write SMART IEP goals for instruction and collaboration as well as discussing Present Level of Perfomance.. (Session will be touch on Domain 1b,1c,1d,1e,1,f; 2Domain 2; Domain 3a;3;c;3d;3e;Domain 4: Reflection.) Time-saving recommendations are inclouded. High-Leverages Practices in Special Education Focus: Assessment and Collaboration HLP; Instruction High-Leverage Practices. Please bring your SPED Binder and BYOD. There is NO cost for this forum. Lunch is included.
