GFESC SPED 101: THE ESSENTIALS PART 3
SPED 101: THE ESSENTIALS PART 2 is the third of four trainings which will be offered throughout the 2021-22 school year to provide novice special education teachers the professional development and support needed to ensure that all children with disabilities receive a free and appropriate education as outlined in the Individuals with Disabilities Act.
LEARNING TARGETS:
Learning targets for SPED 101: THE ESSENTIALS PART 3 will include: 1. Essential Behavior Concepts; 2. Zoning Plans; 3. Tips and tricks for data collection, etc.
***Content presented will apply to the basics of due process and will not address individual district processes and procedures. Participants will be directed to their individual LEA/Special Education Supervisor as the primary resource for application of due process according to individual district process and procedures.
