DSC Made in Arkansas: An Exploration of History of Arts & Crafts in Arkansas
In this workshop, teachers will be introduced to a selection of Arkansas artists from a variety of different disciplines from regions all around the state. Alongside learning about the artist and their craft, teachers will also be taught and will create an accompanying artwork. This workshop, taught by Little Rock teaching artist Elly Bates, is perfect for Arkansas history teachers as well as art teachers for all levels. We will learn some interesting facts and will use a variety of art mediums as we learn more about our state!
