GFESC Train the Trainer: Insulin/Glucagon/AI Administration Education Training
This is a train the trainer for DISTRICT RN'S who will be responsible for the training of unlicensed personnel in their district who VOLUNTEER to provide any diabetic of adrenal insufficiency care to a student. After completion, the RN will know all laws, rules and regulations related to the Model of Delegation, Nurse Practice Act and School Nurse Roles and Responsibilities related to the subjects. The RN will have the knowledge and skills to provide the required training, including documentation of satisfactory completion on the part of the volunteer, to implement the training. Attendees who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.
