GFESC SPECIAL HEALTHCARE NEEDS FOR PARA-PRO'S
Paraprofessionals who are needing the Special Health care needs course. This course will meet one of the requirements in order to bill for paraprofessionals in the school district. _ This will ONLY MEET A PORTION OF THE SPECIAL HEALTHCARE NEEDS TRAINING!! THE PARA WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO GO BACK TO THE DISTRICT AND COMPLETE THEIR TRAINING WITH THE DISTRICT RN FOR HANDS ON CHECK OFF!! This in 2 1/2 hours of the approx. 6-hour training. The rest is done through hands on, student specific and district specific training with your district RN. ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR PROOF OF TRAINING WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DISTRICT RN.
