  • Focus Outcome: Use the i-Ready administrator application and key reports in data-driven decision-making and instructional planning.
  • Use tested strategies to launch a successful school-level i-Ready implementation.
  • Develop and execute a school-level communication plan to share the purpose and priorities for the first year of i-Ready use.
  • Understand structure and purpose of Growth Monitoring and make decisions about the implementation.
