The DCTE Required New Career & Technical Education Teacher training is provided as a support for Novice (1-3 years experience) CTE instructors. Our feature speaker Tracie Opolka will inspire our career-oriented instructors. Our Novice CTE teachers will receive information from DCTE presenters about initiatives, standards, Career & Technical Student Organizations, and programs of study. Cooperative CTE Coordinator will share Perkins-related information with an overview of projects, as well as procedural components. We believe this session will be greatly beneficial for your CTE pedagogy.
