SWAEC- GPS: Introduction to Arkansas K-12 Science Standards and Three-Dimensional Teaching and Learning



This workshop is an introductory Grasping Phenomenal Science (GPS) session designed for any K-12 teacher or instructional leader who wants to become familiar with science instruction aligned with the Arkansas K-12 Science Standards. Learn how to interpret the standards for 3-dimensional teaching and learning in the classroom through an engaging investigative and collaborative session. 

An optional follow-up onsite coaching/support opportunity is available. This application component earns 6 hours.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
