SWAEC- Master Scheduling: Putting Data First

Participants will create a data picture by digging into your school or district's data. This is the first session in a series supporting schools and districts as they redesign master schedules that meet their chosen priorities. How do you ensure your data matches your priorities? Attend this session and find out. If bringing a team, all members must register individually. Participants will need: Laptop Smartdata username and password (Email jeff.killingsworth@ade.arkansas.gov for assistance) Additional data username and password (ex. NWEA, local assessment, iReady, etc.) Local survey data (HRS if applicable) Session 1: Creating Your Data Picture; Session 2: Foundations of Scheduling and Building Structures for Systematic Interventions with Mike Mattos; · Secondary Principals - November 29th, register at ESC Works, Session 475401. · Elementary Principals - January 12th, 2023, Register at ESC Works, Session 481258. Session 3: Complete Your Master Schedule for the 2023-2024 school year (Dates TBA/Blended). Session 4: Input Your Master Schedule into eSchool: Scheduled office hours for schools (Dates TBA/Virtual)

Important Session Information:

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
