GREC- AR Math QuEST Year 2: Going Deeper with Ambitious Teaching



This session continues the AR Math QuEST journey for ambitious teaching that promotes equity and engagement of all students in meaningful mathematics learning experiences of reasoning and problem solving.  Participants will ther explore and deepen their understanding of the Effective Mathematics Teaching Practices and the relationships among them, engage with the 5 Practices for Orchestrating Productive Mathematical Discussions, an describe AMBITIOUS mathematics teaching in remote and hybrid environments.

TESS: 1a, 1b, 1c, 1e, 1f, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 4a, 4e.

 

NOTE: participant parking, unless handicapped, is in the large lot at the bottom of the stairs.  Please be sure to park in the participant parking lot, not the small employee lot located in the middle of the Cooperative buildings.
