Attendees will receive education regarding opioid trends, signs and symptoms of opioid overdose and appropriate reaction to suspected opioid overdose by laypersons.
Once trained in appropriate actions and use opioid antagonist, or Narcan, attendee will be given an Opioid Overdose Naloxone Kit. This kit includes a 2-dose pack of Naloxone that will be theirs to take home and keep.
