WDMESC: 2022 Early Childhood Summit: Conscious Discipline - Composure Strategies
The skill of composure helps us (adults and children) reclaim our power by learning to actively clam ourselves in times of distress. Gaining our composure in any situation gives us the ability to respond consciously rather than to react irrationally. In this session, participants will learn effective strategies for calming and composing themselves and the children in their care.
