OUR GPS 101 Implementing Arkansas Science Standards
How do I unpack and teach these science standards? This workshop is an introductory session designed for any K-12 teacher or instructional leader who wants to become familiar with science instruction aligned with the Arkansas K-12 Science Standards. Learn how the Science and Engineering Practices, Disciplinary Core Ideas, and Crosscutting Concepts are key to implementing three-dimensional teaching and learning in the classroom. Participants engage in scientific discourse, experience high-quality grade-level student tasks, and correctly interpret the Arkansas science standards.
