Our goal as Health and Physical Education teachers is for our students to live healthy, active lifestyles. That starts with us through teaching our students health and physical literacy by adding movement to the classroom and integrating health into the gym. Participants will learn how to integrate health into our PE class without losing movement time, gain ideas and tips on how to make your health class more interactive, and walk away with engaging activities, resources, lessons that can be implemented immediately in your classroom and gym.
