NEA – 2 Day Printmaking with Linoleum and Soft Rubber Blocks



Day 1:  Teachers will be sketching designs and begin the carving process on their
choice of soft rubber or linoleum.
Day 2:  Teachers will be printing and refining their designs and printing a series.  We will end
with a peer critique.
Materials provided by presenter:
4x6 Rubber Block
5x7 Linoleum Block
Ink
Brayers
Plate
Printing Paper
Wooden Spoons
Pencils, Sharpies
4x6 Design Paper
Lino Cutter Set
(feel free to bring your own tools if you prefer)



Important Session Information:


If you are not under contract with the Northeast Arkansas Education Cooperative or one of our 14 member districts, you will be responsible for all fees related to this workshop.  The fee for this training is $35.  Payment is expected the day of the training unless prior arrangements have been made.

CR 3:  Students will refine and complete artistic work
PR 5:  Students will develop and refine artistic techniques and work for presentation.
