AFESC-Finding Balance 2023 Mini-Conference



Join us for Arch Ford ESC’s Finding Balance Conference 2023! This conference is designed to explore how we can achieve balance between serving students while also empowering educators with teacher agency. The conference will kick off with an inspiring keynote speaker, Nicole Fairchild, from Arkansas AWARE, and engaging breakout sessions such as: Pickleball, Meals on a Budget, Teach Like a Pirate, Dare to Lead, Building a Charcuterie Board, Lead Teacher Designation, and many more topics related to educator empowerment You will have the opportunity to connect with other passionate educators, share your experiences, and learn practical strategies that you can implement in your busy professional lives. Current educators in Arch Ford PD Consortium districts may attend the session for free.  All others will be required to pay the session fee on the day of the session. Arch Ford educators receive priority for seats in a session.
