OUR LEADS Collaboration for Leader Growth



The focus of this session will be the LEADS rubric. Time will be provided for reviewing the rubric overall. We will then examine the domains, the elements and the indicators with a focus throughout being how can those being evaluated under the LEADS rubric guide their own professional growth and how can those evaluating support professional growth for those they are evaluating.
