ARESC VIRTUAL-Health and Physical Education-You Cannot Have One Without the Other
Our goal as Health and Physical Education teachers is for our students to live healthy, active lifestyles. That starts with us through teaching our students health and physical literacy by adding movement to the classroom and integrating health into the gym. Objectives: - How to integrate health into our PE class without losing movement time - Ideas and tips on how to make your health class more interactive - Walk away with engaging activities, resources, and lessons that can be implemented immediately in your classroom and gym.
