ARESC-How can you know what students really know in science? Using assessment purposefully in a science classroom.
This workshop will engage teachers in rethinking assessments as a system designed to support student learning. From the classroom level formative assessment to the statewide summative assessment, how should teachers utilize data? Teachers will learn to elevate current assessments and examine examples of strong assessment items.
