Attendees will receive education regarding opioid trends, signs and symptoms of opioid overdose and appropriate reaction to suspected opioid overdose by laypersons.
Once trained in appropriate actions and use opioid antagonist, or Narcan, attendee will be given an Opioid Overdose Naloxone Kit. This kit includes a 2-dose pack of Naloxone.
NOTE: Participant parking, unless handicapped, is in the large lot at the bottom of the stairs. Please be sure to park in the participant parking lot, not the small employee lot located in the middle of the Cooperative buildings.
