Any way you slice it or dice it, this webinar will explore all the ways you can make economic connections with a yummy natural resource, potatoes!  Baked and Sweet potatoes; Old and New Books…..this webinar will fill your sack with knowledge and resources for your classroom.  You’ll meet a new character, Pirate Pearl.  Pirate Pearl and her parrot Petunia learn how potatoes are planted, grown, and harvested in a hilarious new picture book about food and friendship called Potatoes for Pirate Pearl by Jennifer Concepcion.
