The Role of District Leadership Teams - In between the Boardroom to Classroom
Janel Keating, Solution Tree Associate and author of
Leading PLC's Districtwide: from Boardroom to Classroom
, will guide district PLC leadership teams in developing successful professional learning communities to ensure high levels of learning for every student. The district leadership team anchors the alignment of districtwide PLC practices in monitoring the PLC work from each campus, examining district data, and ensuring building level commitments and processes are carried out effectively. Spend the day with Janel as she embarks your teams on a reflective journey in strengthening the work of the district PLC structures and culture in shifting to a PLC strong model. Districts are encouraged to bring leadership team members including: Superintendents, District level directors/personnel, Principals and lead educators who support the district level PLC process.
