This session will focus on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). The most powerful
leadership tool is positive reinforcement. This is a fun, interactive workshop for implementing positive
reinforcement in the classroom to increase positive academic and social behaviors in students with
diverse disabilities. Participants will complete their day rotating through four different stations
creating individualized behavior cards with break-away lanyards, brag tags, individual tagulators,
and whole class tagulators! Materials referenced will be from Cooper, Heron, and Heward Applied
Behavior Analysis, Second Edition.
In order for this training to be held, there must be at least ten (10) participants registered. The
Arkansas Behavior Specialists are committed to making our events accessible to everyone. If you
require accommodations, please email the BSS trainer as soon as possible.
