Novice teachers naturally struggle with any or all aspects that fall under the umbrella of classroom management. This professional learning experience is designed specifically for teachers in the first three years of their careers. Participants will engage in specific strategies for routine and procedure development, manage transitions efficiently, and learn about proactive methods to establish a safe learning community.
