AFESC-Educator and the Enneagram: Impacting Relationships and School Culture Day 1
Enneagram for Beginners Having a high performing school without self-awareness and compassion is nearly impossible. So, how do we create that culture in our buildings and districts? The Enneagram, a personality framework that has been around for decades, helps provide structured insight into the personalities, core desires, and motivations of the individuals in our schools. Understanding these ideas and needs can support healthy communication and more effectively meet the needs of our staff or co-workers. This training is designed for Enneagram BEGINNERS and will highlight the unique personality traits and motivations for each enneagram type. We will also work on how to use this knowledge to support conflict resolution, team building, and a healthy school culture. If you attend this session OR attended this session last year, you might be interested in also attending the Intermediate Enneagram session that will be held on July 26.
