Educator and the Enneagram Day 2
Day 2 - You must have attended the "Educator and the Enneagram" training from last summer or the Day 1 Enneagram training on July 8 to attend this training. Day 1 was an introductory to the Enneagram and this day will go more in depth. Having a high performing school without self-awareness and compassion is nearly impossible. So, how do we create that culture in our buildings and districts? The Enneagram, a personality framework that has been around for decades, helps provide structured insight into the personalities, core desires, and motivations of the individuals in our schools. Understanding these ideas and needs can support healthy communication and more effectively meet the needs of our staff or co-workers. This training will extend on what we do on Day 1. While day 1 will focus on more of what the Enneagram is and about our personal numbers, on day 2 we will discuss more of how we interact with people of differing numbers, how our numbers could impact our classroom, and also learn some self care for our individual types
