D. Mills Cooperative invites you to an energizing 6-hour literacy professional
development for early childhood educators on June 4, 2024,
or July 29, 2024. Learn alongside two of the state’s Early Childhood
Specialists about the importance of foundational literacy, oral language,
phonological awareness, and small group learning and what that looks like in
today’s high-quality early childhood classrooms. Special guest speaker Bethany
Splawn, M.S., CCC-SLP, Easterseals, will accompany the state’s team to share
helpful resources for students needing additional support. This is for Pre-Kindergarten educators.
