OUR Equipping Paraprofessionals: Effective Behavior Training for Supporting Students in the Classroom



This professional development session will cover a range of behavior management strategies, including proactive approaches such as maintaining structured routines, implementing visual supports, and utilizing positive reinforcement.  Participants will also learn about de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and how to respond to challenging behaviors in a calm and supportive manner.
