This professional development is for administrators who have been accepted into the Master Principal program.  The purpose is to expand a network of professional learning, refine instructional leadership, explore how personal leadership traits influence the relationships and results in schools, and to identify the role of mission/vision/core beliefs in setting clear and compelling direction for schools.
