We have a 6-session leadership series for those using Eureka Math Squared coming up starting on October 10th. This will be led by a leadership coach from Great Minds, which publishes the program. This is a great opportunity for any leaders using this HQIM in their building to help you internalize the program and know how best to support teachers. Lead teachers, facilitators, and anyone supporting teachers using this HQIM are welcome!
In this session, district and/or campus leadership will be able to observe and debrief coaching conversations around classroom instruction and feedback. Leaders will then be able to make site-level decisions to better support classroom instruction through observations and teacher-facing feedback.
