This session will dive into the fundamental elements of classroom management: rules, routines, and procedures. Participants will learn to differentiate between these components and understand why they are critical to creating a positive and productive learning space.

The day will also include actionable strategies for fostering strong student relationships and boosting student engagement. Educators will leave with tools and resources to enhance classroom culture, increase student participation, and ensure daily operations flow seamlessly.
