SLP Connect - Best Practices for School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists

1.) Identify best practices, techniques, and resources for Speech-Language Pathologists working in preschool and school-age settings related to gestalt language processing, core boards for vocabulary development, AAC, parent involvement, narrative therapy, executive function, and working in specialized classrooms. 2.) Explain and demonstrate how to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to manage workload and generate materials appropriate for Speech-Language therapy, including considerations for the use of AI related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 3.) Identify ways to set up environments, therapy sessions, and provide resources that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion among staff, families, and students from varying cultures.
