This session reveals what the most effective superintendents, principals and teachers do differently than their colleagues. Participants will focus on what the most successful leaders do . . . that others do not. Everyone will leave knowing what great leaders do differently, why these things make them more effective, and learn how to immediately implement each of these into your own districts and schools.
