Participants will be able to:
- Define the characteristics of multi-tiered systems of support in secondary literacy.
- Identify instructional strategies, tools, interventions and supports to promote engagement and improve reading and writing performance.
- Describe methods for progress monitoring intervention efforts.
- Develop plans for implementing Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 interventions.
- Network with teachers and teams from other schools/districts working towards similar goals.
