Schools are increasingly called to provide for the social and emotional well-being of students, particularly those who have experienced trauma and/or toxic stress, but who takes care of the caregivers?
This session will explore the main categories of Ohio's new social and emotional standards – such as "Self-Awareness," "Social Awareness" and more. We will focus on how these standards impact adult emotional development and well-being.
Participants will walk away with resources for building a more socially supportive culture in their schools.
NOTE: Session cost includes a copy of our guidebook: Find the Balance: Creating a Healthy Social and Emotional Culture for Educators.
**This session will be held via Zoom. If you are registered for the event, you will be receiving an email from the instructor before the event with the Zoom link. Please contact me at becky.leming@hcesc.org if you do not receive the link by April 15th. Thank you!**
