OTES 2.0 FULL CREDENTIALING TRAINING
- Audience: K-12 teacher evaluators who are implementing OTES 2.0 during the 2020-2021 school year and have NEVER been OTES 1.0 credentialed.

Provide a better understanding of the OTES 2.0 Framework and Model.
Allow practice of skills such as scripting, evidence analysis/categorizing, coaching and data conversations.
Allow for sharing of resources and best practices in educator evaluation.

This three-day training will introduce participants to the OTES 2.0 Framework and Teacher Performance Rubric.
