The institute will provide professional learning focused on coaching skills and dispositions, Elena Aguilar’s phases of transformational coaching and Jim Knight’s Impact Cycle. Leaders will also learn and practice coaching conversations that will be utilized when coaching staff through hard conversations regarding implementation of the MTSS process.
