OPES 2.0 Evaluator Training

Understand and apply the OPES rubric to principal defined performance standards stated in the rubric.
Identify and cite evidence of practice to support principal rating related to the rubric indicators.
Understand the role of evaluator and coach as it applies to providing feedback to principals concerning areas of refinement and reinforcement.

Important Session Information:

This two-day training will introduce the essential components within the OPES 2.0 Framework and rubric. Upon completion of the one-day training, participants must complete the online OPES 2.0 assessment to be a credentialed evaluator of principals.

Lunch will be on your own. The cost is $150 per participant. Personal checks or purchase orders made out to the Hamilton County ESC located at 11083 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
