Leading from the Middle provides specific, practical and replicable leadership strategies for today's assistant principals. In addition, the content has been designed to better prepare assistant principals as they transition into the position of principal.
All 5 sessions meet 8:30 am - 11:30 am and cover a range of topics from teacher evaluation and instructional coaching, building a data- informed culture, leading impactful and successful change, creating a collaborative, high trust culture, and leadership development.
