Participants will learn research-based strategies to hold productive difficult conversations where the stakes are high, there are opposing viewpoints and strong emotions. Different cohort options will meet at various times during the year. Participants can select whichever dates suit their needs (Sept/Oct; Jan/Feb). These in-person cohorts will meet for two half days.
