You Are a Principal Now...Now What? This one-day interactive workshop will focus on the big ideas of the first few months as a new principal. Workshop participants will examine areas of intense focus to ensure a smooth transition and to be a successful principal/assistant principal from the outset. Practical systems and practices will be shared to assist in moving from your current role to instructional leader and ways to balance the role of instructional leader with the responsibilities of leading a school!
