A course focused on honing Civic Online Reasoning skills (drawing from a Stanford University project of the same name). Discover two teachable strategies to navigate the digital landscape critically, distinguishing reliable information from misinformation. Engage in interactive activities and discussions, equipping learners (and yourself) with the tools to foster digital citizenship and responsible online engagement.
Participants will complete three modules with virtual check-ins between modules. Please allow up to two hours to complete each of the three modules. Each check-in will be 1 hour each.
Modules will be open for six weeks between June 4 and July 18, with check-ins scheduled for June 14 and June 25 9-10am via Zoom.
