Inclusion is NOT an Illusion: Including Students with Disabilities in the Arts

If inclusion is the goal for students with disabilities, as has been described in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, then classes in the arts should be high priority. Join us as we learn effective inclusion strategies for all students. Grant Manier, a young and talented artist, living with autism and an advocate for special needs skills and environmental responsibility will share his inclusion strategies with us. In addition, two classroom teachers will present the successful strategies they utilize to include all students in art and theater arts.
