Teaching Students with Emotional Behavior Disorders
Share
We will focus on the underlying issues students are dealing with when diagnosed with an emotional behavior disorder. Dr. Riffel will focus on interventions in three strands: (1) environmental changes you can make; (2) replacement behaviors you can teach; and (3) reframing our own responses to help the student meet with success. She will focus on anxiety, and what you can do in the classroom along with bipolar disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and reactive attachment disorder.
